Job Title: Bookkeeper / Office Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to join our team at Frogg Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial bookkeeping, payroll management, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, and prepare trial balances.
- Process payroll for 25 staff members using Sage and Pastel Accounting.
- Prepare and submit statutory returns and payments.
- Manage debtors and creditors, including SLA and project invoicing.
- Perform month-end payments to suppliers and create reports for accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist with HR administration, including scheduling and coordinating services.
- Support the Service and Project Department with scheduling and access arrangements.
- Process purchase orders, receive and dispatch stock, and maintain office supplies.
- Perform general administrative duties and maintain document control.
Requirements:
- Matric certificate.
- Financial bookkeeping certificate an added bonus.
- SAGE Payroll and Pastel Partner experience essential.
- Debtors and Creditors experience essential.
- Experience with processing and payment of statutory funds (SARS).
- General HR administration experience.
