We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide first-line technical assistance to our users. The ideal candidate will possess CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications, as well as excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for IT queries via phone and remote access tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, software, and network issues remotely.
  • Assist users in diagnosing basic network and connectivity problems.
  • Respond to IT support tickets, emails, and phone calls promptly.
  • Document all support interactions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.

Requirements:

  • CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to provide telephonic and remote support using tools like TeamViewer or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and networking troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a helpdesk or remote support role.
  • Familiarity with remote access tools, Windows servers, and Active Directory is advantageous.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
