Job Summary

TalentCru is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will provide exceptional support to our internal stakeholders and customers, resolving hardware, software, and networking issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st level technical support to internal stakeholders and customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking
  • Develop and deploy solutions for computer-related problems and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with peer groups to obtain cooperation and provide accurate information on IT products, services, and assets
Requirements
  • Diploma in IT/Computer Science/Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in service desk, networking, and systems administration environment
  • Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer service role
  • Strong technical ability, customer insight, and focus, with excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
