Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at TalentCru. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Programme leads and other specialist staff, ensuring the efficient running of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Programme leads and other specialist staff
  • Prepare agendas for meetings and send out meeting minutes
  • Coordinate diaries and calendars to achieve meetings and events
  • Assist with travel claims and internal/external meetings
  • Undertake ad hoc functions associated with meetings, contracting, and governance
  • Prepare documents for internal and external distribution
  • Continually improve the service provided to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Matric qualification or higher in a relevant field (Commerce, Social Science)
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills and high level of professionalism
