Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient service to our customers through various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide telephonic assistance/guidance to customers as requested
  • Respond to customer reviews, queries, and complaints through live chat, email, and social media
  • Keep customers informed and updated on the status of their queries/requests
  • Prepare well-formulated and professional responses to customer inquiries
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous customer support experience (3-5 years required)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to type accurately at 30 words per minute minimum
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a salary of R64.00 per hour during the probation period and R64.00 per hour + 30% KPI performance thereafter. In addition to your salary, you will also receive transportation home after night shifts and compensation for working overtime, Sundays, and public holidays.
