Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Gap Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the hiring process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, handle employee complaints and concerns, and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Benefits and Compensation: Design and administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, to attract and retain top talent.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, identify and mitigate potential risks, and develop strategies to minimize liability.
Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Sage 300 and other HR software.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Contactable references.
