    • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  • Succession and Workforce Planning
    • Develop and implement succession plans to ensure continuity of key roles and positions.
    • Conduct workforce planning to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them.
    • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop targeted workforce plans.
  • Performance Management and Development
    • Develop and implement performance management processes to ensure employees are meeting their performance goals.
    • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to help them grow and develop in their roles.

  • HR Business Partnering
    • Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop targeted HR solutions.

  • Organizational Development
    • Develop and implement organizational development initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
    • Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
    • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their organizational development needs and develop targeted solutions.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 4 years experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Strong knowledge of human resource principles and practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze complex data and develop targeted solutions.
    • Strong business acumen and ability to understand business needs.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
