Key Responsibilities

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for maximizing efficiency and ensuring administrative functions in the Sales Division by operating according to set targets and in line with operational requirements.

  • Assist the Sales team in preparing relevant documentation, quotations, and proforma invoices for customers;
  • Invoice all LE/CE orders in a timely manner while adhering to customer requirements;
  • Support the Sales department with general administrative tasks, including liaising with banks and credit providers regarding finance deals until final stages of receiving payment;
  • Oversee the processing of sales orders, ensuring they are completed, processed, and distributed correctly and timeously;
  • Receive and accurately process sales order documentation for delivery to customers or collection from customers;
  • Foster a positive working relationship with Area Sales Representatives and Dealers, facilitating demonstrations to customers and new machine testing in the market;
  • Record notes for follow-up actions and update customer databases to reflect changes to the status of each customer;
  • Ensure all administrative functions are in place and being followed effectively and in line with company and system requirements;
