**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our team at Recru-it. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales teams, managing our CRM system, and assisting with marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales teams by organizing sales reports, managing pipelines, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other materials for client pitches and meetings.
  • Manage and assign inbound leads, ensuring prompt follow-up and proper tracking within the CRM.
  • Conduct regular audits of the CRM to ensure data accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports from HubSpot, tracking key sales metrics and KPIs for the sales and management teams.
  • Act as a liaison between sales and marketing to ensure smooth workflow and alignment across departments.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as data entry, document management, and ad hoc requests from the Head of Marketing/Marketing Manager.
  • Assist the marketing team with basic copywriting for newsletters, blog posts, and social media content that aligns with the company's brand and objectives.
  • Schedule email campaigns and marketing automation tasks using HubSpot or other platforms.
  • Help organize marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and other sales support documents.
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing events, webinars, or any client-facing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordinator role.
  • Prior experience managing CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, is required.
  • Familiarity with basic marketing tasks such as copywriting, email marketing, and campaign coordination is essential.
  • Candidate should possess exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to support internal teams and client-facing interactions.
