Job Description

At Tower Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Service Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Sales and Service Manager, as well as maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Information Management: Ensure the availability of accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Report Consolidation: Consolidate all reports from various departments.
  • Report Preparation: Work with the Data Analyst team to prepare reports for the GM and Sales Manager.
  • Administrative Support: Manage the General Manager's and Sales Manager's office by providing administrative support.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare minutes for the weekly Sales Business Review meetings.
  • Customer Relations Management: Responsible for the upkeep and updating of the Customer Relations Management (CRM) systems to ensure the information is up-to-date and accurate to produce insightful reports.
  • Procedure Development: Develops and implements administrative procedures to support sales and service.
  • Information Provision: Provides sales and service-related information as required based on sales and service activities and current portfolio data.
  • Client Information Provision: Provides specific client information/reports to the sales team through analysis of client data.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide reports on the performance of the regional sales teams on achievement against targets on a monthly basis.
  • Budget Support: Extrapolates information from the system to support budget compilation and determination of revenue targets.
  • Stationery and Housekeeping: Responsible for stationery, housekeeping, and cash sales.
  • Financial Support: Assist and work in conjunction with Financial Administrator from time to time.
  • Administrative Support to Sales Manager: To provide administrative and secretarial support to the Sales Manager.
  • Staff Supervision: Some staff supervision.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or business administration.
  • At least 3 years' experience in sales administration.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must pay attention to detail.
  • Must be focused on achieving results.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Must have business acumen and be able to communicate at all levels.
  • Must be highly computer literate.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
  • Candidate should be cautious of the level of confidentiality.
  • Always professional in conduct.
