Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our reservations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing a portfolio of existing clients and accounts, and working closely with our Business Account Managers to maximize opportunities and pass on relevant leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients and accounts
  • Provide first-class customer service to clients
  • Offer quotations to clients and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Work with Business Account Managers to maximize opportunities and pass on relevant leads
  • Collaborate with Ticketing and Finance teams to ensure smooth reservations and ticketing processes
  • Meet and exceed personal objectives in line with company KPIs and account SLAs
  • Understand key products, services, and unique selling points
  • Promote and support the company culture

Requirements:

  • Customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding expectations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch, and German
  • Strong experience in nett fares, including air passes and RTW fares
  • Excellent travel industry and worldwide travel knowledge
  • Good CRS knowledge, Galileo preferable but cross-training can be undertaken
  • Strong ticketing experience, including nett fares, reissues, etc.
