Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at mPower People Solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients in a professional and courteous manner.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing product and service information to customers
  • Identifying and escalating complex customer issues to senior agents or team leaders
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications

We offer a competitive salary of R9500 per month and opportunities for career growth and development.

Please note that this role is on a fixed-term contract basis only.
