We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our team at Faircape Group.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present high-quality meals according to company specifications
  • Ensure the control of cooking food from preparation to presentation
  • Maintain the highest possible food hygiene standards
  • Coffee Shop: Ensure the quality of café meals is of the highest standard
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Chef's diploma/qualification from a registered tertiary education provider
  • Experience in food quality management and standardisation
  • Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
  • Excellent physical condition and stamina
  • Ability to travel and relieve colleagues at other facilities when required
Key Skills and Knowledge
  • Ability to follow sanitization procedures
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Focusing on excellence and high-quality standards
  • Strong knowledge of food handling procedures
  • Knowledge of various cooking and baking techniques and methods
Working Conditions

Working hours: 16.25 shifts per month, according to the roster, from 07h00 to 19h00, Monday to Sunday. Need to be flexible to accommodate the standby procedure of the company.

Basic salary from R 12 000 Cost to Company per month. The salary will be dependent on experience, qualifications, skills, and attributes.
