Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take ownership of sales strategy and execute plans to achieve targets. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery of sales objectives.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with clients to increase customer loyalty and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and market analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on sales goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A strong background in sales or business development, preferably with experience in account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
