About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team at Time Personnel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, performing financial tasks, and providing administrative support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Manage debtors, creditors, and invoicing/reconciliation tasks
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  3. Liaise with GM and Operations managers to achieve company objectives
  4. Assist with staff get-togethers and functions when required
  5. Perform various administrative tasks, including filing and correspondence

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Grade 12, relevant qualification highly advantageous
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Xero accounting software
  • Knowledge of systems such as Hire & Serve (Logistics), Webfleet (vehicles) ERS (staff logins)
  • Leadership skills and bilingual abilities (English & Afrikaans)
  • Preferable knowledge of waste management/recycling industry

Compensation:

R negotiable salary dependent on experience
