Administrative Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team at Time Personnel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, performing financial tasks, and providing administrative support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage debtors, creditors, and invoicing/reconciliation tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Liaise with GM and Operations managers to achieve company objectives
- Assist with staff get-togethers and functions when required
- Perform various administrative tasks, including filing and correspondence
Skills and Qualifications:
- Grade 12, relevant qualification highly advantageous
- Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Xero accounting software
- Knowledge of systems such as Hire & Serve (Logistics), Webfleet (vehicles) ERS (staff logins)
- Leadership skills and bilingual abilities (English & Afrikaans)
- Preferable knowledge of waste management/recycling industry
Compensation:
R negotiable salary dependent on experience
