Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate merger and acquisition opportunities based on criteria such as targeted countries or regions, potential revenue, size of economy, etc.
  • Develop and execute M&A strategies to support Vodacom's growth objectives.
  • Provide corporate financial advice to the Vodacom Group, including DCF and impairment calculations, weighted cost of capital data, cash generation calculations, etc.

You will also lead business development initiatives, engage with external parties, and provide input into internal presentations and reports. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, strong analytical and financial modelling skills, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
