Job Title: Claims Administrator
About the Role:
- Support Claims assessors in investigating and validating claims accurately.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Identify opportunities to enhance performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Deliver customer service through adherence to quality standards.
- Optimize work through the application of learning experiences.
- Understand business policies, regulations, and procedures.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrator role.
- Insurance experience is advantageous.
- Matric and NQF or relevant diploma.
