Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all quality assurance activities are completed as per the Quality Assurance checklist.
  • Process claims in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all relevant documentation is saved on the member's record.
  • Communicate effectively with members, responding to enquiries and resolving queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Meet production standards, processing 100 assessments daily, including payments of 25-30 claims to tax daily.
  • Ensure compliance with all controls in the team, including switches and merges.
  • Devote your full attention and abilities to the discharge of your duties with strict accuracy.
  • Ensure all email communication is dealt with professionally within service level agreements.
Requirements
  • Matric with Mathematics/Accounting.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • One vernacular language will be advantageous.
  • RE1 FAIS will be advantageous.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Employee Benefits/Retirement Fund industry experience is essential.
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
