Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the Brand: Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products, features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, answer product-related inquiries, and address any concerns or complaints.
  • Engage with Customers: Proactively understand customer needs, recommend products, and upsell where appropriate.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure product displays, shelves, and signage are well-maintained and visually appealing.
  • Process Transactions Accurately: Use the point-of-sale system to process customer transactions efficiently.
  • Monitor Stock Levels: Restock merchandise as needed to maintain optimal product availability.
  • Collaborate with Store Management: Work with the store management team to meet sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
