About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Coordinator/Executive Assistant to join our team at Career Custodians. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our hospitality establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our executives, including scheduling, managing communications, and organizing meetings.
  • Manage and coordinate executive schedules, travel arrangements, and events.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Serve as a point of contact between our executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Oversee office administration tasks to ensure efficient operation.
  • Assist with event planning, client liaison, and project management.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Tertiary education in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or related fields advantageous.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role or field of experience.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to work under pressure.
