Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in service management or a similar IT role, with a strong understanding of order management processes.
  • At least 1 year of technical experience related to product development, with a focus on order-related technical issues.
  • ITIL IV Foundation certification is required, demonstrating a strong understanding of service management principles.
  • Strong customer orientation, multitasking skills, and effective communication, with excellent time management and result-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in German at a strong B2-C1 level, with English proficiency at a B2 level a plus.
