About the Role:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of customer orders from initiation to fulfillment. With your technical skills and service management knowledge, you will provide high-quality service delivery and address any order-related issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring efficient and accurate handling.
  • Apply service management principles to deliver high-quality service and resolve customer issues.
  • Utilize technical skills to support product development and address order-related technical issues.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing timely updates and resolving issues.
  • Demonstrate strong customer orientation and multitasking abilities.
  • Manage time efficiently to handle multiple tasks and achieve results.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in service management or a similar IT role.
  • At least 1 year of technical experience related to product development.
  • ITIL IV Foundation certification is required.
  • Strong customer orientation, multitasking skills, and effective communication.
  • Excellent time management and result-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in German at a strong B2-C1 level.
  • English proficiency at a B2 level is a plus.
