Portfolio Administration Coordinator

A well-established property management company based in the province is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to assist the Portfolio Manager in overseeing the efficient administration and management of owner and trustee relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the administration and management of sectional title properties, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations;
  • Managing municipal-related processes, including rates and services;
  • Reviewing monthly business unit results and preparing regular and accurate reports for stakeholders and trustees;
  • Assisting in the effective property management of complexes, including maintenance and repairs;
  • Providing administrative support to the Portfolio Manager and other team members as required;

This is a fixed-term contract position initially, and the successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Portfolio Manager to achieve the goals and objectives of the company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, preferably with experience in sectional title administration. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Estimate salary: R300,000 - R400,000 per annum (dependent on experience). The location of the role is not specified, but it is likely based in a major city in South Africa.
