We are seeking an experienced Technical Learning and Development Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive training programs for our technicians. This includes creating and delivering installation theory and practical sessions, facilitating technical training, and assessing training outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain specific installation-related training materials.
  • Create and introduce installation theory and practical materials for training purposes.
  • Plan and conduct installation theory sessions for all Tracker-employed technicians.
  • Facilitate technical training (theory & practical).
  • Assess technical training outcomes.
  • Provide technical advice to managers, technicians, and quality supervisors.

Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in technical training or equivalent qualification in ODETD practices.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in training.
  • Accredited assessor and moderator qualifications advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Planning and organizing skills.
