Learning Experience Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality training programs to enhance the skills of our team members. This role involves conducting needs analyses, creating detailed course structures, and developing engaging content.
Main Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough needs analyses to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions
• Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including learning objectives, assessments, and multimedia resources
• Create detailed course structures and instructional materials, such as presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure content quality and relevance
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to promote training initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in instructional design, education, psychology, or a related field
• Previous experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or training roles
• Proven track record of developing engaging and effective training programs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
