Job Requirements

  • Maintain a positive student culture around online learning and independent work time, upholding high standards of behavior.
  • Provide coaching and support to students on computer programs, ensuring they have the necessary skills to succeed.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement project-based learning initiatives.
  • Work closely with administrators to design and implement individualized learning plans.
  • Implement SPARK culture and behavior management strategies to promote a productive learning environment.
  • Integrate SPARK SEL (Social Emotional Learning) curriculum into scholar programming.
  • Guarantee responsible use of educational resources and assets.
  • Monitor and report damages to hardware to the School Operations Manager.
  • Streamline timetables to optimize learning efficiency.
  • Engage actively in staff development opportunities.
  • Represent SPARK Schools professionally at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Fluency in English.
  • Police clearance certificate.
  • Grade 12 Certificate.
  • SACE Registration.
  • Currently pursuing a B.Ed. or PGCE in the Intermediate or Senior Phase, aiming for qualification as a teacher.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with primary school-aged children.
  • Basic computer skills with a willingness to learn new technology.
