  • Ensure adherence to the Main Collective Agreement.
  • Assist in the prevention and resolution of labour disputes.
  • Conduct inspections of various establishments.
  • Engage professionally with both employers and employees.
  • Meet established deadlines and targets.
  • Address and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports.

Qualifications:
While a degree is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The following qualifications are preferred:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Labour Relations.
  • Experience with SAP systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of Bargaining Councils, including their history, functions, processes, and structures.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience within a Bargaining Council.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Labour Relations or Law.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel and possess a valid Driver's Licence.
