Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and Compliance Officer, focusing on the following duties:
- Ensure adherence to the Main Collective Agreement.
- Assist in the prevention and resolution of labour disputes.
- Conduct inspections of various establishments.
- Engage professionally with both employers and employees.
- Meet established deadlines and targets.
- Address and resolve queries efficiently.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports.

Qualifications:
While a degree is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The following qualifications are preferred:
- Postgraduate qualification in Labour Relations.
- Experience with SAP systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Bargaining Councils, including their history, functions, processes, and structures.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience within a Bargaining Council.
- At least 2 years of experience in Labour Relations or Law.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel and possess a valid Driver's Licence.

The successful candidate must have reliable transportation. Salary is competitive and aligned with market standards.
