Senior HR Manager Opportunity

The Labour Practice is seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our HR operations in South Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Manage a team of HR professionals to provide support and guidance to employees and management.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational change initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice on HR-related matters, including employment law, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong IR skills and experience, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
  • Excellent business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Tertiary qualification in HR or a related field, with a strong understanding of employment law.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong focus on results.
