  • Network and Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, including points clubs and exchange companies.
  • Wage Negotiations and HR Management: Effectively manage employee relations, including wage negotiations and HR matters.
  • Qualifications and Requirements:
    • Tertiary qualification in health and safety, hospitality management, or a related field.
    • Extensive experience in operations management, with a focus on property and insurance compliance.
    • Strong network connections within the industry, particularly with points clubs and exchange companies.
    • Adept in wage negotiations and HR management.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
    • RSA ID and Driver's License (PDP will be beneficial).
