Finance Administrator Role for Property Industry

We are seeking a skilled Financial Property Administrator to join our client in the property industry.
About the Role:
- Draft and finalize new leases using approved templates, ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations.
- Load, audit, review, and verify lease information captured on MDA, identifying any discrepancies or errors.
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and compile annual lease income budgets and forecasts, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Manage administrative tasks, ensure timely issuance and finalization of new leases before commencement dates, and maintain accurate records.
- Review and verify lease-related documents, including rent and financial obligations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Track outstanding lease documents and amendments, resolving any issues promptly.
- Manage tenant files, correspondence, and documentation, ensuring validity and up-to-date information.
- Follow up on outstanding contracts, sureties, bank guarantees, resolutions, addendums, offer to lease, and FICA documentation, resolving any queries or concerns.
- Build relationships with tenants, resolve queries, and ensure timely resolution of arrears and lease conclusion.
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 with Accountancy as a subject or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years' experience in the property industry, with working knowledge of real estate contracts.
- Degree in Accountancy, Law, Property Studies, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Strong administrative skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and MDA Property Management System.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
