Job Summary

We are recruiting for a dynamic and results-driven National Key Accounts Manager to join Surgo PTY Ltd's team and drive business growth while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and analyze national account performance, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring seamless resolution of customer queries.
  • Drive new business acquisition and expand the national customer base by identifying opportunities and building relationships with Regional Executives, General Managers, and Sales Consultants.
  • Monitor and communicate annual price adjustments to key accounts, ensuring successful completion of national account installations and service agreements.
  • Achieve set objectives, goals, and sales targets by managing sales schedules and proactively re-signing and upgrading existing customers.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 qualification and Diploma or relevant qualification in Sales Management (advantageous).
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales/management experience in the direct selling industry.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent relationship-building skills and target-driven mindset.
  • Excellent administrative, communication, and negotiation skills.
