National Key Accounts Manager

Managing & analyzing the national customer base.
Analyzing price decreases & suspended business on the national level.
Build professional relationships with the Regional Executives and General Managers.
Communicating annual price increases.
Achieve set objectives, goals & targets.
Handle all sales-related tickets.
Build professional relationships with the existing national accounts and visit the national customer base at least once per month.
Ensure all installations are fully completed.
Ensure national accounts administration procedures are updated and loaded on B.I.
Complete weekly call sheets.
Update price lists.
Handle and resolve all queries from the national customer base.
Plan monthly & weekly activities.
Liaise with customers via telephone.
Re-signing & upgrading customers.
Working towards annual incentives.
Quoting & closing off of sales.
Completing all sales administration paperwork accurately.
Requirements:
Grade 12.
Diploma or qualification in Sales Management advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years proven Sales / Management experience in the direct selling Industry.
