Claims Department Supervisor

CallForce is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that delivers exceptional outsourced solutions to our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Claims Team Leader to lead our claims department effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of consultants to ensure efficient and accurate claims processing
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and insurance policies
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve customer service issues
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive improvement
- Prepare and present reports to management
Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential)
- Regulatory Exam 5
- Relevant FAIS Qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in claims management or a related role
- Knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures, and regulatory requirements
