Claims Team Leader

CallForce is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that delivers exceptional outsourced solutions to our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Claims Team Leader to lead our claims department effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of consultants to ensure efficient and accurate claims processing
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and insurance policies
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve customer service issues
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive improvement
  • Prepare and present reports to management

Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential)
  • Regulatory Exam 5
  • Relevant FAIS Qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in claims management or a related role
  • Knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures, and regulatory requirements
