Strategic Vendor Partnership Manager

The purpose of this position is to foster and nurture vendor relationships, taking ownership of day-to-day business management of revenue and profit targets, as well as the development of the channel via existing and new reseller partnerships.
This role will report directly to the Vendor Alliance Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Form, build, and maintain relationships with vendors and partners, network effectively, and make informed decisions internally and within the vendor and partner base.
- Clearly articulate the vendor message to suit various audiences, such as technical, commercial, or financial, and gain buy-in from all stakeholders.
- Ensure a professional, research-driven approach is adopted in each meeting and opportunity.
- Liaise with internal departments, such as Operations, Sales, and Technical Consultants, to meet customer needs, including arranging demonstrations, organizing quotes, logistics, and customer risk management.
- Manage post-product and service delivery logistics.
- Provide monthly sales reporting.
