Corporate Payroll Operations Manager Job Description
Job Title: Corporate Payroll Operations Manager
Reports to: Human Resources Director

Job Summary
As a Corporate Payroll Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in managing various payrolls for our operating companies in Africa. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, implementing effective internal controls, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timeously.
  2. Process payroll transactions for South Africa and other African countries, including Mozambique, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Ghana.
  3. Remain current on new legislation and regulatory rulings influencing payroll and reporting requirements.
  4. Evaluate and analyze existing payroll policies and procedures.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have advanced experience with VIP and VIP reporting, including HRM modules. They should also possess 5-10 years' experience processing payroll for South Africa and African countries, as well as 3-5 years' experience managing the full payroll function. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and payroll best practices is essential.
