Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the liquidation and distribution of deceased estates in accordance with legal requirements
  • Drafting of wills, focusing on clarity and precision
  • Administration of trusts, ensuring timely and accurate settlements
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide exceptional service and support
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Matric qualification as a minimum
  • LLB degree or equivalent legal qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in estates and trust administration
  • Proficiency in Afrikaans and Isixhosa languages
