Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Junior Bookkeeper to join our team at Sydsen Group (Pty) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing customer and supplier payments, managing office supplies, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Capture all customer payments and supplier payments
* Manage office supplies and ensure timely ordering
* Perform supplier reconciliations and capture invoices and payments to non-cost of sales suppliers
* Answer calls and manage staff attendance register
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years experience in an Administrator role
* Junior bookkeeping experience
* Clear criminal record
* Matric
