Job Overview
TalentCru is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our Programme leads and other specialist staff.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the team to ensure efficient running of the office
• Assist with planning and coordination of information to optimize workflow procedures in the team
• Serve as point of reference for all queries, requests or issues
• Prepare agendas for meetings and send out meeting minutes within 7 calendar days
• Coordinate diaries internally and externally to achieve meetings set out by the meeting calendar

Requirements
• Matric qualification or higher in relevant field (Commerce, Social Science)
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
