Job Title: Reception Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception Operations Coordinator to join our team at HR Genie. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and supporting our front desk team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily activities of the front desk, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Assist with cash handling, member services, and administrative tasks.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with members, staff, and external partners.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Salary: $38,000 - $48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
