Human by nature.**Creative Fragrance Coordinator - Fixed Term Contract**
- Join our Fragrance Development Team as a Creative Fragrance Coordinator, supporting the team with administrative and coordination tasks to ensure efficient operations. Your role will involve stakeholder coordination, facilitating smooth project lifecycles, and streamlining fragrance development processes.**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate evaluation sessions and provide necessary setup support
- Consolidate, package, and dispatch samples to various locations
- Maintain fragrance library and update records
- Collaborate with Sales support team for project-related information
- Schedule meetings, take notes, and prepare minutes
- Follow up with team members to ensure task completion
- Manage office supplies inventory and order as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the team
- Organize fragrance kits, smelling sessions, and exhibitions
- Purchase project-related items and manage inventory
- Arrange visitor arrangements and office events
- Assist with inbox maintenance and compile reports
- Support data analysis and presentation preparation
- Liaise with development teams for project support and completion
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administration
- Effective time management abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow instructions
- Motivated and positive team player
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Tertiary education preferred or relevant experience supporting listed tasks
