Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Execustaff. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for communicating the benefits of our company's products to drive sales and serve as the point of contact between our business and its prospects or clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
  • Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Manage and drive cold calling on Project leads.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort (forecasting) with Manufacturing, Sales desk, Finance, and logistics team members.
  • Analysis the sales territory market's potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Supply management a Monthly Sales report with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices, market intelligence and trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.

  • Information Management: Ability to effectively use information for management purposes, to gather/ organise/ capture relevant information to support sound decision-making, to correctly extract data from an existing database/ MIS, extrapolate data to determine trends and do trends analysis, and to compile a management report properly and appropriately.
  • Verbal, Non-Verbal and Written Communication skills: Ability to effectively interact with individual/ group, using appropriate verbal-, non-verbal- or written communication on the required level, and sending out/ receiving a clear message in the intended way.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to apply appropriate interpersonal skills and negotiation tactics, to identify and discuss common issues, finding common ground and with the aim of reaching agreement on a mutually beneficial solution and promoting collaboration between the parties.
  • Business Writing Skills: Ability to communicate in an appropriate business-like manner, effectively transferring the intended message to the audience, attracting the reader's attention, using the most suited form of communication.

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Sales Representative.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • The ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
