Role Overview

The Junior Key Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and managing existing client relationships in the EU market for Arvo, a leading fruit wholesale business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients in the EU market to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Pursue new sales opportunities to expand the business, leveraging market trends and insights.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute sales strategies that meet and exceed targets.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with internal teams to deliver timely and high-quality service.
  • Analyze market trends and provide actionable feedback to inform sales and marketing decisions.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Represent Arvo at client meetings and negotiations, delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in sales or account management is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Proactive and eager to learn and grow within the company.
  • Familiarity with the EU market and the fruit industry is a significant asset.
Compensation and Benefits:

Approximately R40,000-R45,000 CTC per month, depending on experience. This competitive salary reflects the company's commitment to rewarding talented individuals who drive business growth.
