Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist Specialist to join our team at Stiles Recruit. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of human resources principles and practices. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, providing counseling on policies and procedures, and participating in recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on employment law, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct recruitment activities, including job postings and interviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and data.
  • Analyze and report on HR metrics and trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a recruitment agency setting.
  • Proven knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
