Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and escalate client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and service delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  • Coordinate and deliver presentations and pitches to clients, ensuring a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Liaise with the central marketing team to ensure branding guidelines are applied consistently across all client-facing materials.
  • Maintain a library of templates and resources to support client engagement and business development activities.
  • Coordinate local and international meetings and trips to support client relationships and business development initiatives.
  • Manage marketing materials, rooms, gifting, and catering to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Assist the CEO with administrative tasks and provide feedback on project status.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a completed tertiary qualification in Administration, Finance, or Commerce.
  • 4-6 years of experience in investment management or stockbroking, with a focus on institutional client service and business development support.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Previous experience working with CRM systems.
  • Service-driven and client-centric, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Positive, proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Accurate and meticulous attention to detail.
