We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Manager to join our team at Isilumko Staffing (JHB). This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your portfolio in the Gauteng region.
About UsIsilumko Staffing (JHB) is a well-established glass recycling company dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients. We pride ourselves on delivering innovative solutions and building strong relationships with our customers.
SalaryThe successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary, estimated to be around R400,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Persuading clients to utilize our glass recycling services
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to grow our portfolio in the Gauteng region
- Visiting clients to discuss their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Drafting and submitting monthly reports to management
- Managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely delivery of assets
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A matric certificate and a commerce or engineering degree
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- A comfortable driving license and access to a vehicle
- The ability to travel frequently into townships
