Main Responsibilities
- To manage a sales team to achieve sales targets and improve profitability

- To ensure effective distribution strategy of products within a branch
- To be accountable for local marketing and identify coordinated sales opportunities
- To ensure delivery of customer value and manage, develop, appoint, and train sales advisors
