About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Finance Manager to join our team at Gap Consulting.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage a portfolio of sales finance activities to achieve targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve sales finance performance.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:



  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role with a proven track record.
  • Ability to handle an average of 40 new and pre-owned units per month.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • NQF 4 Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification with a minimum of 120 FAIS Credits.
  • RE Accreditation, NCA Accreditation, and CPD Hours up to Date.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, dealership policies, and procedures.
