Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Service Director to join our client, Ecolab Food & Beverage. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales and service strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their challenges.
  2. Sales Strategy: Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans to achieve revenue growth.
  3. Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of account managers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
  4. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the company's products and services, ensuring you can provide expert advice to customers.
  5. Business Development: Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  1. 4 years' experience in outside sales or a related field.
  2. 2 years' experience in field sales/service management.
  3. 2 years' experience in the industrial food processing industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Systems sales experience in a technical environment.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. A desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  5. Overnight travel may be required.
