Job Title: Locomotive Service Corridor Manager Richardsbay

Alstom is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Locomotive Service Corridor Manager to join our team in Richardsbay. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of locomotive services to our customers in the Richardsbay area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the performance of our locomotive fleet in the Richardsbay area, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our locomotive operations in the Richardsbay area.
  • Collaborate with our maintenance teams to ensure that our locomotives are properly maintained and repaired, minimizing downtime and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Manage and develop our team of locomotive service personnel in the Richardsbay area, providing training and coaching to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our customers in the Richardsbay area, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in locomotive operations and maintenance.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of service personnel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
