Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain university buildings, including corridors, public spaces, and outdoor areas.
  • Perform general and deep cleaning of floors, surfaces, and equipment, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
  • Ensure ablution facilities are clean and well-maintained.
  • Conduct regular cleaning of offices, classrooms, residences, and other university facilities.
  • Maintain outdoor areas, including kitchens and laundry facilities.
  • Ensure occupational health and safety standards are met.
  • Collect and account for cleaning consumables and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Grade 8 or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a cleaning position, with a proven track record of teamwork.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
